Absence of a player from the Masters Tournament on the declared date

Masters tournaments are played with 4 players. They cannot be played with 3 players! The exception to this is if a player is injured during the tournament and the player is disqualified (in which case the tournament may continue with 3 players).

Each player is obliged to participate in the declared tournament! Cancellation of participation, is possible until 12:00 on the day before the tournament. After this time, the player is obliged to indicate to the Masters Administrator a player close to him/her in ranking who could replace him/her.

Resignation from the tournament should be made by writing a text message and sending it to the number of Masters Administration Poland +48 668 426 995.

Please note that the cancellation is considered accepted when you receive a return SMS message from the Masters Administration stating that it has been accepted.

If a tournament is cancelled due to late resignation or due to failure of a player to play in the declared tournament (no substitute in the person of another player will be found), the player will pay a regulation penalty of 450 PLN, and in the case of night tournaments at 23:00, 00:00, 01:00, 02:00, 05:00, 06:00 a penalty of 530 PLN, entitled ‘regulation penalty’ to the account of MASTERS-OLIMPIC POLAND Foundation 25 1020 1127 0000 1102 0429 0979

He is obliged to send the Masters Administration a confirmation of the payment (preferably in PDF format via Whatsapp or SMS). It is necessary in order to continue participating in Masters tournaments.

Players who arrive at the Masters Poland hall in Rynia, 1 Główna Street, and are unable to make the tournament in the above case, will receive an equivalent compensation of 100 PLN each. In the event that it was a night tournament each of the above will receive an additional 20 PLN.


The regulation is effective from 28 May 2025.
