Confirmation of participation (no longer valid)

Until 16:00 the next day after the publication of the schedule, players have until 16:00 to confirm / refuse their participation in the tournament.

From 16:00 to 18:00 there is a time to find a replacement for a player who refused / did not give a reply to a text message or did not answer the phone despite several attempts to contact him.

If a competitor has not replied to a text message during the day on which the schedule was posted on the group, the administrator will repeat the request for confirmation on the following day by sending a new text message by 10:00 a.m. (until the end of his/her shift), in case of no reply, the administrator who has changed his/her predecessor will try to contact the competitor for a reply to the text message at 12:00, 14:00, 16:00.
