Confirmations and withdrawals from tournament play

In order to extend the time for finding a substitute player and to increase the chances of the tournament taking place starting from April 11, 2025:

• Confirmations and withdrawals from tournaments are allowed until 12:00 p.m. on the day before the tournament. Messages must be sent via SMS to the administration number: +48 668-426-995.
• If the administration is unable to reach the player after 12:00, a vacancy will be reported automatically.
• A resignation is only considered accepted if a confirmation reply is received from the administration.

We kindly ask that you send confirmations and withdrawals as early as possible (do not wait for an SMS from the administration!).

This regulation is effective from April 11, 2025
